This Application collects some Personal Data from its Users.

Personal Data processed for the following purposes and using the following services
Advertising
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads
- Personal Data: Trackers; unique device identifiers for advertising, including the Google advertising ID where available; Usage Data; device information; diagnostic information.
- Banner and interstitial ads
- Personal Data: Usage events related to ad loading and display may be processed to show advertisements inside the Application.
Training plans and local app content
- Training plan data
- Personal Data: Data entered by the User, such as training plan names, exercise names, exercise order, exercise duration, timer values and custom plan labels. This data is stored locally on the User's device.
- App usage state
- Personal Data: Local configuration data such as edited button labels, exercise lists and the last timer run may be stored to provide the Application's training and timer functions.
Text-to-speech and audio
- Android Text-to-Speech
- Personal Data: Exercise names and timer information may be passed to the device's Text-to-Speech engine to read training instructions aloud. This Application does not use the microphone and does not record audio.
Device permissions for Personal Data access
- Camera permission
- Personal Data: Camera access may be declared by the Android app package for barcode or QR-code scanning components. Camera data is not used for advertising and is not stored by the Owner unless the User actively uses a camera-based feature.
Platform services and hosting
- Google Play Store
- Personal Data: Usage Data and information processed by Google when Users download, install, update or review this Application through Google Play.
Device backup
- Android backup and device transfer
- Personal Data: Local app data, training plans, exercise settings and app preferences may be included in Android backup or device transfer features, depending on the User's device and Google account settings.
Information on opting out of interest-based advertising
In addition to any opt-out feature provided by any of the services listed in this document, Users may follow the instructions provided by YourOnlineChoices (EU), the Network Advertising Initiative (US) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (US), DAAC (Canada), DDAI (Japan) or other similar initiatives. Such initiatives allow Users to select their tracking preferences for most of the advertising tools. The Owner thus recommends that Users make use of these resources in addition to the information provided in this document.
The Digital Advertising Alliance offers an application called AppChoices that helps Users to control interest-based advertising on mobile apps.
Users may also opt out of certain advertising features through applicable device settings, such as the device advertising settings for mobile phones or ads settings in general.
