2. Data processed by the game

Progress and choices

Saved progress, completed missions and waves, selected units or player choices, unlocks, reward counters, and comparable gameplay state are stored locally on your device.

Currency and rewards

Virtual currency balances and rewards earned through gameplay or rewarded ads are stored as local game state. The reviewed version does not process payment-card or Google Play purchase data for the controller.

Settings

Language, quality, display, audio, and other gameplay preferences are stored locally so the selected configuration remains available.

Device access

The reviewed Android version does not request camera, photo library, microphone, contacts, external storage, or precise location access. Network and advertising-related permissions are used by the advertising service.

3. Unity Ads and privacy choices

The game uses Unity Ads, provided by Unity Technologies and its affiliates, to display top-banner and rewarded ads. Data processed may include advertising and device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, device and app information, ad requests and interactions, crash or diagnostic information, and data used for measurement, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Unity's consent mechanism is used where a privacy choice is required. If no consent signal is available, the current Unity Ads SDK restricts delivery to contextual advertising. Unity privacy controls may also be available through the Unity Data Privacy icon shown with an ad. Device advertising controls can provide additional choices. Rewarded ads are optional; declining to watch one only means that the associated optional in-game reward is not granted.

Further information is available in the Unity Privacy Policy, the Game Player and App User Privacy Policy, and Unity's advertising privacy documentation.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Local gameplay data is not intentionally transmitted to the controller. Recipients of advertising and diagnostic data may include Unity, its affiliated companies, advertising demand partners, measurement providers, and service providers used to operate and protect the advertising platform.

Unity and its partners may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Unity describes the transfer safeguards it uses, including applicable adequacy decisions and contractual safeguards, in its privacy policies. The particular advertising partners involved can vary by region and ad request.

6. Retention and deletion

Local progress and settings remain on the device until the game resets them, you clear the app's Android storage, or you uninstall the game. Unity and its advertising partners retain advertising and diagnostic data according to the periods described in their own privacy information. Support emails are deleted once the request is resolved unless a legal retention duty applies.

7. Security and automated decisions

Local data is held in app storage protected by Android. Complete protection against every risk cannot be guaranteed. The game itself does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Ad selection and fraud detection may be automated based on device, advertising, and interaction data.

8. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You can remove local game data through the Android app settings or by uninstalling the game. Requests concerning data controlled by Unity can also be submitted through the mechanisms described in Unity's privacy policies.

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. The competent authority is, in particular, the Independent State Centre for Data Protection Schleswig-Holstein (ULD), Holstenstraße 98, 24103 Kiel, Germany, email: mail@datenschutzzentrum.de.
